How Our Network Works

Who Picks Up the Phone
When you call, you reach the referral line. It gathers a few details and passes your request to an independent provider in the network. After that, you talk to the provider directly. Calls are answered Monday to Friday, 9am to 9pm ET. Many providers can respond quickly, but timing depends on who is available near you.
What the Provider May Ask You
Expect a few simple questions. They are not tricks. They help the provider picture your floor.
- Is it a garage, basement, patio or shop floor?
- Is the concrete new, or has it been coated or painted before?
- Do you see cracks, flaking, stains or damp spots?
- Roughly how large is the space?
Photos can help a lot. Take a few in good light.
Questions to Put to a Provider
You are allowed to ask plenty. Here are some good ones.
- How will you prepare the concrete, and will you grind it?
- How do you check for moisture in the slab?
- Which coating do you suggest for my floor, and why?
- How long before I can walk on it, and park on it?
- What does the written quote include?
- What happens if the coating peels or bubbles?
Listen for clear answers. If a provider skips over prep, that is worth noticing, since prep decides how long a coating lasts.
The Decision Is Yours
Talking to a provider does not commit you to anything. You can get more than one quote, take your time and say no. Interventionvisited Floor Coating does not pick the provider for you and does not take part in the price. Typical costs in the U.S. vary a lot by size, condition and coating type, so always ask for a written quote.
